There a qualified Mercury service technician will assess the problem and process the claim through Mercury Product Protection. MotorGuide Trolling Motors need to be delivered to an Authorized MotorGuide Servicing Dealer. This transaction must be completed within 30 business days of the transfer of ownership. The Request for Transfer form can be obtained from any Authorized Mercury Dealer or Contact Mercury Product Protection.
