Sandwich lamination process

One of the determining factors in the manufacture of a RIB (rigid inflatable boat) is the lamination of its deck. Mercury VITECH RIBs are extremely well reinforced, employing a system of sandwich lamination.

Between layers, additional structure support rods are inserted for added strength.
